Please read this policy carefully — it explains what information Zendha Tech collects across our apps and websites, why we collect it, and the choices available to you. By downloading, installing, or using any Zendha Tech App or Website, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy does not cover third-party services that we don't own or control, even where they're linked from our apps.

01

Information we collect

1.1 Personally identifiable information

We may collect information that identifies you, including name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and demographic details such as gender or postcode. This applies when you voluntarily submit it — for example, registering an account, linking a social network such as Google or Facebook, or writing to us by email or phone. You can always decline to share this information, though it may limit your access to certain features.

1.2 Non-personally identifiable information

We may also collect technical information whenever you use our apps or websites: device type, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, language preference, connection type, general location, internet service provider, and IP address. This helps us understand usage patterns, improve our products, and support marketing decisions.

Note for offline-first apps. Some Zendha apps, such as Swipe Billing, are designed to work fully offline. Business data — customers, products, invoices, expenses — is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers unless the app explicitly offers, and you opt in to, a backup, sync, or export feature.
02

How we use collected information

We use your information to manage your access to our apps and websites, communicate with you, and customize your experience. Where you've provided an email address, we may use it to send account notices, policy updates, or — if you've opted in — occasional product news. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each message.

We also use collected information in aggregate to understand how our apps are used, respond to support requests more effectively, and improve features over time. Where necessary, we may use your information to investigate or act on activity that breaches our Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

03

How we protect your information

We follow appropriate data collection, storage, and security practices to guard against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss of your information. Where data is transmitted to our servers, it travels over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute protection — you should also help by limiting access to your own device and account.

Even if you ask us to delete your personal information, we may retain some records where required to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

04

Sharing your information

  • We do not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information.
  • We may disclose information where required by law, litigation, or governmental request, or where necessary for national security, law enforcement, or other matters of public importance.
05

Cookies and similar technologies

Our websites, and any apps with in-app web views, may use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to remember preferences and improve your experience. Where any Zendha app or website currently or in future carries advertising, we or our advertising partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show more relevant ads. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may limit some functionality.

06

Third-party sites and services

Our apps and websites may link to or display content from third parties. Clicking these links takes you away from our app or site, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one — even where a third-party page is co-branded with our name. We're not responsible for the content or privacy practices of services we don't control.

Where a Zendha app or website uses any of the following services, their policies apply to that processing:

07

Your choices

If you receive marketing messages from us, you can opt out by following the instructions in the message itself or by emailing us at zendhatech@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing doesn't affect non-promotional messages, such as those about your account.

08

Access permissions

To work properly, our apps may request certain device permissions — for example, storage access to generate and save invoice PDFs, or contacts access for customer management. Any data reached through these permissions is used only for its stated purpose within the app, never shared with third parties for their own advertising, and stored using industry-standard security practices.

Where you share contact details with us, you agree that we may reach you through channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your account or our services.

09

Changes to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are posted on this page, and we encourage you to check back periodically. Continuing to use a Zendha app or website after a revision means you accept the updated terms.

10

Your acceptance

By using any Zendha Tech app or website, you accept this Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with it, please don't access or use our apps or websites.

11

Deleting your data

To stop using our apps or have your data removed from our systems, write to us at zendhatech@gmail.com.

For apps like Swipe Billing that store data only on your device, you can also remove all app data directly — just uninstall the app, or clear its storage from your device settings.
